The Ruby Package is ideal for gowns that have been worn and are heavily soiled throughout the dress, with approximately 50% of the gown affected by stains and marks.

Terms and conditions:

 

At Brides by Solo, our priority is making sure your order is safe, secure, and completed to the highest standard. However, we know how important it is to know what’s going on with your gown. Now that you have placed your order, here’s what happens next:
  1. Wait for your confirmation email - This will include instructions on how to pack your gown and collection date options.
  2. Once you have packed your gown and it’s ready, let us know, and we will organise its collection through our courier service and send you the pre paid label. Your gown will be collected on a Monday or Tuesday, so we can ensure we receive it the same week.
  3. Our courier will pick up your gown and deliver it directly to us. (Your dress will be trackable throughout delivery). You must physically hand your parcel over to the courier for the insurance to be valid.
  4. Once we receive the gown, we will let you know it has arrived. We will then inspect it and check for any repairs that need to be carried out. We will then take before photos and videos for reference. If these repairs are significant, we will be in touch with photos and a quote to see if you’d like us to fix them. If there are no repairs or minor ones, you won’t hear from us.
  5. Your gown will then be professionally hand-cleaned, using specialist products suited to each individual gown. Once cleaned, your gown will be professionally pressed, removing any creases.
  6. Now that your gown has been restored, we’ll take after photos and send these over to you with the before photos. At this point, your gown will be boxed if you’ve opted for that.
  7. We’ll also be in contact to arrange for your gown to be returned to you by our courier. We dispatch returns on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery the same week. (You must be in to receive your gown , it cannot be left in a safe place).
  8. Your garment is now back with you, carefully cleaned, pressed, and with details of the best way to store your gown.
