Our expert team are on-hand to help you find your dream dress.Picking a wedding dress is a big deal, we know! We want to make it fun and easy for you, and scheduling an appointment helps us ensure you get the attention you deserve. Here’s how to make your dress-shopping date amazing.

Wednesday: 12pm- 7pm
Thursday: 10am – 6pm
Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 4pm
Sunday : (9th February – Allure Designer Weekend)

If you’ve not had a reply within 3 days of booking please call the shop to check your booking.
Please note that by submitting your personal details you are agreeing that we may contact you and we will do so only when necessary to respond to your enquiry. Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your details with anyone.
There are no fees for a week day appointment.
Saturday appointments:
£20 You’ll receive a 1.5 hour appointment with a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant. The appointment will include a drink for you and your guests (tea, coffee, soft drink or glass of wine).
£10 You’ll receive an hour appointment with a Junior Sales Consultant (no drinks will be served). This may suit those looking at Sale dresses.
The booking fee is refunded against the price of a dress but cannot be refunded if you accept any other offers or reductions.
Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee has been paid by phone with your debit card on 01638 661648.
If you wish to cancel your appointment please give us 4 working days notice to receive your refund. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstance or for no-shows on the day.
